Make every burn count.
Trim to ¼ inch before every burn. This is the single most important step for a clean, even flame.
Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn. This prevents tunneling and extends burn time.
Burn for 2–4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable materials.
If the flame is low, extinguish, trim the blackened wood, and relight. The crackle is part of the magic.
