At Bombae Brand, we take pride in ensuring the quality of our products. Before shipment, each item undergoes careful inspection to guarantee your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, such as candles and lounge wear, used items cannot be returned or refunded.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during shipment, we're here to help. Simply provide photographic proof of the damage within 3 days of delivery, and we'll promptly replace or refund (less shipping & handling) the affected products.
For candle purchases, we offer a 14-day window for exchanges. Should you wish to exchange your unused candle for another of the same size and price, you may do so. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you're unsatisfied with your non-candle product, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
